Sue Tetzlaff is the co-founder of Capstone Leadership Solutions and serves as a strategist, trainer, and coach to dozens of healthcare organizations undergoing wide-scale transformations. Prior to co-founding Capstone, she served as a healthcare executive for more than 20 years as a Vice President of Quality, Chief Nursing Officer, Interim CEO, and Chief Operating Officer. Sue is Board Certified in Healthcare Administration and Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
